Coffee Ice Cubes

I saw this idea on Pinterest.  I put my leftover coffee from the morning in an ice cube tray and froze it.  The next day I put the ice cubes in a glass and poured milk over it.  I have butter rum flavored coffee and this was excellent!  My mom also pointed out that it would be really tasty to do with Bailey's Irish Cream!  I can't wait to try that too!  I suggest waiting a little bit before drinking for the ice to melt some for more of the coffee flavor.  Also be aware that the ice cubes are sticky and messy and a little hard to get out of the ice cube tray, but nothing too bad and very easy to clean up.
