Lemon Garlic Tilapia

I make  a lot of tilapia.  I like it, I can do a large variety of things with it, I can buy a whole bag of fillets for a good price, and it thaws in 15 minutes.

To make lemon garlic tilapia preheat oven to 375.
Spray baking pan with cooking spray
Sprinkle pepper on fillets & place in pan
Pour lemon juice & melted butter over fillets
Add clove of garlic finely chopped or minced
Sprinkle parsley, fresh or dried, on top
Bake until white & flakey
